How to become a PPGμ external student

If you would like to become an external student of PPG in Metaphysics of the University of Brasilia, please fill out and sign this form and send it in PDF to the email metafisica@unb.br between August 1 to 8, 2017, along with the following Documents (in PDF):

  • Lattes Curriculum
  • Brief motivation Letter (200-500 words) stating the reasons for choosing this subject
  • Registration fees proof of payment: BRL 71.00 (seventy one BRL), as per instructions below:

Payments must be made through the issuance of the Guia de Recolhimento da União (GRU)**, according to the guidelines below, or request for exemption from payment of the registration along with the documents which prove the situations of economic insufficiency mentioned in item 3.4.10.1. Guidelines for Payment of the Registration Fee: a) access the website: https://consulta.tesouro.fazenda.gov.br/gru/gru_simples.asp; B) complete the form with the following data:

Unidade Gestora: 154040; Gestão: 15257 – Fundação Universidade de Brasília; Código de Recolhimento: 28838-1 – Serviços de Estudos e Pesquisa; c) Click on ― proceed and fill out the form with the following data: Reference Number (‘Número de Referência’): 4502; Competência: current month (‘mês corrente’); Deadline: current date (‘data corrente’); CPF of the applicant; ** Contributor’s name: name of the applicant; Main amount (‘Valor Principal’): 71,00; Total amount (‘Valor Total’): please, repeat the ‘main amount’ (‘Valor Principal’); d) Select ― issue GRU (‘emitir’ GRU).

The selected candidates must present the original documents mentioned in the Call for Applications, along with application form signed as well as the proof of payment of the enrolment in disciplines, i.e. the amount of BRL 101.00 (one hundred and one reals) for each subject. If the candidate is not selected, there will be no refund of the application fee. The selection will be carried out by the Postgraduate Programme Commission, after consulting with all the professors of the respective disciplines.
